Rovers appeal against Todd dismissal

Blackburn have submitted a claim for wrongful dismissal with the Football Association in relation to Andy Todd’s sending-off at Portsmouth on Saturday.

Todd was one of two Rovers players red carded in the 3-0 defeat, his dismissal coming after referee Alan Wiley ruled he had denied Pompey forward Kanu an obvious goal-scoring opportunity in second-half stoppage time.
