Kuyt joins Reds

Liverpool have completed the signing of striker Dirk Kuyt from Feyenoord and could hand him a debut in the opening match of the Barclays Premiership season.

Manager Rafael Benitez takes his team to Sheffield United on Saturday and Kuyt is now in contention to play, although it is more likely he will begin on the bench.
