Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has ruled out an increased offer for Arsenal left-back Ashley Cole.

The Stamford Bridge side issued a statement during their 1-1 friendly draw with Celtic, confirming they had failed to reach an agreement with the Gunners over a fee for the England left-back.
