Struggling Waterford bring in reinforcements

Waterford United have snapped up Alan Reilly from St Patrick’s Athletic and Alan Cawley from UCD.

Reilly joins the Blues on a free transfer, having been released by St Pats and returns to the RSC where he enjoyed a successful season in 2003.

Midfielder Cawley has also made the move to the RSC after failing to break into the UCD team this season after returning to the club after a two-season stint with Shelbourne.

Meanwhile, Bohemians have signed former midfielder Stephen Caffrey on loan from St Patrick’s Athletic.
