Javier Clemente has been confirmed as the first coach of Serbia following the country’s split with Montenegro.

Javier Clemente has been confirmed as the first coach of Serbia following the country’s split with Montenegro.

Ilija Petkovic led Serbia & Montenegro at the World Cup, but resigned after they were eliminated in the group stages.

Zvezdan Terzic, president of the Football Association of Serbia, confirmed Clemente as the new coach today.
