Derry City play it safe

Derry City face two-times UEFA Cup winners IFK Goteborg in the UEFA Cup tonight hoping for a good result to take into the second leg at the Brandywell.

The Candystripes will be play a conservative game with Mark Farren starting as the lone attack in front of a five-man midfield.

With Ciaran Martyn (shoulder) out, Kevin Deery, Rhuaidri Higgins and Barry Molloy will start in midfield while Clive Delaney and Eamon Doherty remain on the absentees list.
