A brace of goals from Paul McTiernan heaped further pressure on under fire Bohemians' boss Gareth Farrelly as the Gypsies lost for the fourth time in five games.

A mistake by debutant Bohs keeper Keith Gallagher gifted Sligo a ninth minute lead with McTiernan capitalising to shoot to the net.

McTiernan then added his second on 68 minutes when heading home at the near post after a corner was put back across goal.
