Fox earns replay for Bray

Stephen Fox earned Bray a replay with a dramatic last minute eqauliser as First Division County bring the tie back to Station Road on Monday night.

A poor first half was notable only for County’s lead goal on 16 minutes. Darren McKenna ran through onto Dave Scully headed ball forward and collided with Bray keeper Chris O’Connor. McKenna was first to his feet to shoot home.

Colm Tresson leveled on 65 minutes with a left foot volley.

But Stephen Cooling restored County’s lead ten minutes later from a free before Fox’s last gasp intervention when heading home Philip Keogh’s corner.
