Bohemians stumbled into third round but not before getting a fright against the newly crowned FAI Junior Cup winners.

Joe Watson, a member of the Irish Deaf Olympics team, stunned Dalymount to bust past the static Bohs defence and shoot Crystal in front on 22 minutes.

Vinny Arkins shot Bohs level from a 36th minute penalty after John Paul Kelly was tripped by Paul Wyse before Stephen Ward put them in front three minutes later with a calmly taken volley from Des Byrne’s cross.

Bohs owned the second half but didn’t kill off Crystal until the 84 minute when substitute Paul Dunphy’s shot deflected past Derek Hearne.
