Ronaldinho will be given free rein when Brazil defend their title in this summer’s World Cup, coach Carlos Alberto Parreira claimed on Monday.

The 26-year-old Barcelona star has been handed the number 10 playmaker’s shirt and will be given creative freedom by his coach to play where he wishes.
