Di Stefano turns sights on other League clubs after Shels rebuff

Controversial Italian lawyer Giovanni di Stefano has claimed that he will now try to invest in another eircom League after his offer for Shelbourne was rejected.

Controversial Italian lawyer Giovanni di Stefano has claimed that he will now try to invest in another eircom League after his offer for Shelbourne was rejected.

Shels’ CEO Ollie Byrne turned down di Stefano’s €1m investment bid yesterday.

The Italian has now insisted he will make an offer to another club.

“Shelbourne is a bonus if it happens. In any case, there are other clubs,” he said.
