Byrne, Fitzgerald a doubt for Longford

Derry City will be hoping to stay on the coattails of league leaders Drogheda United when they face a Longford Town side still looking for their first league win of the season.

Longford will be without Dave Mooney while midfielders Davy Byrne and Dean Fitzgerald are both doubtful.

Derry, meanwhile, will be without striker Mark Farren – out for three weeks with a thigh problem – meaning Kevin McHugh is likely to start up front.
