Ollie Cahill got away down the left to cross on 28 minutes and O’Neill, making his first start of the league season in place of Glen Crowe, got his head to the ball to beat Gary Rogers.

Vikings worked hard throughout and Gavin McDonnell might have levelled in the second half but shot wide.
