Watford chasing Bohs defender

Watford are chasing Bohemians defender Des Byrne and are expected to lodge a bid for the 26-year-old this summer.

The Championship side believe that Byrne - who previously had spells at Stockport County, Wimbledon and Carlisle - is just what they need to strengthen their side.

Byrne said: "If they made a bid or me then I'd think about it."
