Chelsea's Johnson set for surgery

Chelsea full-back Glen Johnson will undergo hernia surgery in Germany today.

The 21-year-old, who has struggled to establish himself in the first team for the Barclays Premiership champions, is expected to return to fitness before the end of the season.
