Hislop out for Hammers
West Ham will be without goalkeeper Shaka Hislop for tomorrow’s home game against Portsmouth, his former club.
The Trinidad and Tobago international has a hamstring problem and is a doubt for Monday’s FA Cup quarter-final at Manchester City. Stephen Bywater stands by for a rare start but may have to remain on the bench as Jimmy Walker, who suffered a serious knee injury in the final game of last season, is fit again.
Manager Alan Pardew is set to rest players but skipper Nigel Reo-Coker, who had been hampered by illness, has been passed fit to feature in both games.
Provisional squad: Bywater, Walker, Scaloni, Gabbidon, Ferdinand, Konchesky, Reo-Coker, Newton, Dailly, Mullins, Etherington, Benayoun, Harewood, Ashton, Sheringham, Zamora, Clarke, Ward, Fletcher, Collins, Katan.
