Villa extend kit deal to 2008

Aston Villa have extended their kit deal with Danish suppliers Hummel by two years.

Villa sales director Stuart Ryan told the club website, www.avfc.co.uk: “Our original deal with Hummel was over a two-year term with an option for a further two years and both ourselves and Hummel were keen to take up that option, extending the deal to 2008.

“Hummel are clearly delighted with the success of their association with us over the last two years and we’re also extremely happy with the relationship.

“Both parties are confident we can build on that over the next two seasons.”

Villa are currently talking to potential shirt sponsors for the 2006-07 campaign when their deal with DWS ends.
