Sven: My successor will be happy with draw
England boss Sven-Goran Eriksson believes his successor will be happy with the draw to qualify for the European Championships in 2008.
Eriksson attended the draw in Montreux, Switzerland, but the Swede will not be in charge for the campaign after announcing he will leave his post following the World Cup this summer.
England face potentially tough trips to Croatia, Russia and Israel in their qualifying campaign for the 2008 tournament, although they appear in the driving seat to reach the finals in Austria and Switzerland.
āI think England should be happy, there are groups much more difficult than Englandās,ā said Eriksson. āItās good for England.
āThe man after me will be happy with this draw. Itās very interesting and very good.ā
England will also face Estonia, Macedonia and Andorra in Group E.
