Thatcher to miss Wigan clash

Ben Thatcher has been ruled out of Manchester City’s FA Cup tie with Wigan on specialist’s advice.

The former Wales full-back missed the last two Blues games with a chest problem and also has been told to sit out Saturday’s Eastlands encounter.
