Stubbs straight back in

Alan Stubbs will be in the Everton squad for tomorrow’s match against Arsenal at Goodison Park after completing his return from Barclays Premiership rivals Sunderland.

Stubbs’ return is timely with Nigerian defender Joseph Yobo in Egypt on African Nations Cup and Per Kroldrup in Italy putting the finishing touches to his move to Fiorentina.

Captain David Weir and striker Duncan Ferguson are expected to figure but Simon Davies remains a doubt with an ankle injury, so 17-year-old Victor Anichebe is again in the squad.
