Sheringham available for Hammers

Veteran striker Teddy Sheringham is available again following a calf injury but West Ham manager Alan Pardew has a number of injury doubts ahead of Monday’s Barclays Premiership visit of Fulham.

Goalkeeper Roy Carroll is the main concern and is receiving intensive treatment for a back muscle problem, with Shaka Hislop standing by.
