Hendrie considers Villa exit

Lee Hendrie has insisted there is no rift with Aston Villa manager David O’Leary but admitted he may have to consider leaving the midlands club to obtain regular first team football.

Hendrie came off the substitutes’ bench to replace hamstring injury victim Eirik Bakke and score Villa’s goal in Saturday’s 2-1 defeat at the hands of West Ham at Villa Park.
