A shoulder injury could delay Joseph Yobo’s departure for the African Nations Cup.

The Everton defender was pulled out of the FA Cup third round 1-1 draw at Millwall and the chances of him meeting the Nigerian FA’s Monday deadline for linking up with the squad now seem remote.
