Reira eyes City switch

Espanyol forward Albert Riera has admitted he hopes to join Manchester City on loan this month after growing restless in Barcelona.

Talks are well advanced which would see the midfielder leave Espanyol, whom he joined in the summer on a five-year deal from Bordeaux.
