Benitez has options

Liverpool manager Rafael Benitez could makes changes for the Club World Championship semi-final with Deportivo Saprissa.

Dietmar Hamann returns from the leg injury incurred in the Champions League draw with Chelsea last week and may start in midfield.

The travelling party was already shorn of Darren Potter, who is out for two months with a back injury, but youngsters David Raven and Danny O’Donnell were left on Merseyside as Benitez sticks with his tried and trusted squad.
