Middlesbrough defender Chris Riggott was refused the chance to discuss his sending off at Liverpool with referee Steve Bennett.

Bennett dismissed the 25-year-old centre-back after he fouled Fernando Morientes and Steven Gerrard during the 2-0 defeat at Anfield.
