Shamrock Rovers have appointed former Kilkenny City boss Pat Scully as their new manager after Roddy Collins was dismissed earlier this week.

Shamrock Rovers have appointed former Kilkenny City boss Pat Scully as their new manager after Roddy Collins was dismissed earlier this week.

Scully impressed as manager of the Cats last season guiding the perennial strugglers to fourth in the First Division and will now be charged with guiding Shamrock Rovers back to the Premier Division at the first attempt.
