Changes for Bolton and Fulham

Both Fulham and Bolton made four changes as a host of players recovered from injury, with Fulham welcoming back goalkeeper Mark Crossley and defender Carlos Bocanegra, following spells on the treatment table, and skipper Luis Boa Morte from suspension.

Their returns forced Tony Warner, Zat Knight and Sylvain Legwinski out of the starting line-up and there was a change at left back too with Liam Rosenior replacing Niclas Jensen following the 3-2 defeat at Middlesbrough a week ago.

Bolton had last been in action on Thursday when they kept their UEFA Cup campaign ticking over with a 1-1 draw in Portugal against Guimaraes.

Gary Speed, the fit-again Kevin Davies, Radhi Jaidi and El-Hadji Diouf all started, with Bruno N’Gotty and Jay-Jay Okocha dropping to the bench and Jared Borghetti and Stelios Giannakopoulos not named.
