Chinese winger on trial at Wigan

Wigan have taken China international midfielder Sun Xiang on a week-long trial as manager Paul Jewell looks at strengthening his options.

The 23-year-old left-winger, who currently plays for Shanghai Shenhua, has been given a chance to impress at the high-flying Latics.
