West Ham's Carroll still out
Goalkeeper Roy Carroll remains sidelined for West Ham, who take on West Brom at Upton Park tomorrow in the Barclays Premiership, because of the knee injury he sustained getting tangled in a training ground goal-net last month.
Shaka Hislop continues to deputise, with the former Manchester United man expected to be available again following the international break.
Manager Alan Pardew will monitor the fitness of strikers Bobby Zamora and Jeremie Aliadiere. Zamora is back in training following a hamstring problem while Aliadiere was hurt by a tackle in a midweek reserve fixture.
Provisional squad: Hislop, Repka, Collins, Ferdinand, Gabbidon, Konchesky, Benayoun, Reo-Coker, Mullins, Etherington, Sheringham, Bellion, Zamora, Aliadiere, Harewood, Bywater, Dailly, Fletcher, Clarke.
