Game on for tonight's eircom League fixtures

Tonight’s eircom League Premier and First Division fixtures will take place as scheduled.

A pitch inspection was carried out at the RSC by eircom League Referee Jim O’Neill at 11am and the pitch has been passed for tonight’s Waterford United v St Patrick’s Athletic premier division fixture.

Meanwhile, the eircom League has contacted the home clubs (Galway United, Limerick and Monaghan United) in tonight’s three First Division fixtures and conditions at Terryland Park, Hogan Park and Century Homes Park have been reported by club officials at each venue as good.

No formal pitch inspections have been deemed necessary at any of the three grounds.
