Bray win ensures Premier division status

Stephen Fox all but sealed Bray's Premier Division status for next season with a late winner.

The only goal came on 75 minutes after Fox flicked on a long clearance from keeper Chris O’Connor.

The big striker then followed through and charged down an attempted clearance by Kevin Doherty before beating Packie Holden from 16 yards.

The result was cruel on Waterford who were the better side in the first half with Bray having O’Connor to thank for good stops from Doherty, Rodney Jack and Colm Heffernan.
