Nigel Reo-Coker believes his new five-year contract with West Ham is proof he can cut it in the Barclays Premiership.

The England Under-21 midfielder has started every match in the league for Alan Pardew’s team this season and captained them to their play-off final triumph at the Millennium Stadium in May against Preston.
