Fenlon faces another ban

Shelbourne manager Pat Fenlon could be hit by a further ban by the eircom League after breaching the terms of his touchline ban on Friday night as Shelbourne lost to Derry City.

Fenlon approached referee Ian Stokes in the dressing room area after the game despite the terms of his ban prohibiting him from being anywhere near the dressing rooms, the pitch or the dug out from one hour before kick off to one hour after kick off.

The altercation with Stokes was witnessed by the match observer and is sure to be included in the report which is bound to lead to further sanctions against Fenlon.

The Shelbourne manager escaped when breaching a ban in May when he was on the pitch at Dalymount Park following Shels' 2-1 defeat by Bohemians.
