Woodgate ready for Real action

Real Madrid defender Jonathan Woodgate believes he is in a perfect mental and physical state to make his long-awaited return to competitive football.

The 25-year-old has not played in a first team match since picking up a thigh injury playing for former club Newcastle against Chelsea 17 months ago.
