Chelsea charged over private drug-testing

Chelsea have been charged with misconduct by the Football Association following independent private drug-testing which they claim the club conducted last year.

A statement from the governing body alleged the Premiership champions breached the FA’s doping control regulations when they tested some of their players on July 12, 2004.
