Roy O’Donovan hit a dramatic winner two minutes from the end of extra-time to put Cork through to an FAI Carlsberg Cup quarter-final tie with Sligo Rovers.

O’Donovan looped a header over Gavin Cullen from Danny Murphy’s cross with 118 minutes up on the clock in this thrid round replay at Finn Park.

A defensive blunder cost Harps the lead on 14 minutes when Shane Bradley let John O’Flynn’s low cross go past him to Liam Kearney who sidefooted home.

But Harps hit back when Eloka Asokuh headed them level from Anthony Gorman’s corner a minute into the second half. A dreadful error by Cork keeper Michael Devine then gifted Chris Breen Harps’ lead on 73 minutes.

John O’Flynn forced extra-time when crashing home from Neale Fenn’s corner in the 86th minute.
