David Moyes’ side lost their Champions League qualifier to Spanish side Villarreal in midweek, and they now face Romanian opposition in Europe’s second-tier competition.

Dinamo beat Omonia Nicosia their UEFA Cup second-round qualifier to put themselves in the draw, which took place in Monaco today.

Scottish side Hibernian face a tricky second-leg trip to Ukraine to face Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk, while Cork will play Slavia Prague.

Middlesbrough, who reached the last 16 of the competition last season, were drawn against Greek side Xanthi, with Steve McClaren's side travelling away for the second leg.

Bolton, who finished sixth in the Barclays Premiership last season, begin their campaign at home against Bulgarian side Lokomotiv Plovdiv.
