Pearce vows to keep Distin

Manchester City boss Stuart Pearce has insisted skipper Sylvain Distin is going nowhere.

The French defender, who is currently sidelined with a groin injury, has been linked with a move to Liverpool before next Wednesday’s transfer deadline.
