Fenlon hits out at Bohs support

Shelbourne manager Pat Fenlon has criticised a section of Bohemians’ support who he claims made threatening phone calls to Shels’ players and staff in the build-up to last Friday’s game between the pair.

Fenlon said: “We’ve taken a lot of stick for stupid stuff. What’s gone on here in this club in the last week has been scandalous and nobody seems to mention it.

“There’s a lot of stuff that has gone on within Bohemians Football Club in the last week that hasn’t been reported and it makes me wonder why.”

Fenlon was furious after an intruder broke into Tolka Park last week and painted the word "Judas" on the pitch – alluding the controversial close season moves from Glen Crowe, Bobby Ryan and Colin Hawkins from Bohemians to Shelbourne.
