Rovers made it three wins from four games as they eased their relegation worries with this big victory.

Jason McGuinness scored the only goal four minutes into the second half when heading home a Tony Sheridan corner.

Rovers wasted the best chance of the first half when Mark Quigley carved an opening for skipper Trevor Molloy who shot straight at UCD keeper Darren Quigley.
