Crowe gives Shels Dublin derby win

A goal from ex-Gypsy Glen Crowe earned Shelbourne a morale-boosting win from this Dublin derby.

Crowe hit a post to miss a sitter after four minutes before Bohs were reduced to 10 men 11 minutes later, when Des Byrne was shown a straight red card for a dreadful foul on Shels skipper Owen Heary.

Jason Byrne then gave Shels the lead from a 43rd minute penalty. Tony Grant levelled within five minutes of the second half before Crowe struck for the winner on 70 minutes.
