Birmingham midfielder David Dunn is stepping up his fitness programme after a six-month lay-off with a back problem.

Birmingham midfielder David Dunn is stepping up his fitness programme after a six-month lay-off with a back problem.

The former England under-21 captain has been given the green light to start his own pre-season programme with a view to returning to action by the end of September.
