Barton's back in City squad

Joey Barton has been told to knuckle down by Manchester City manager Stuart Pearce after returning to the club following a three-day course of lifestyle coaching.

The 22-year-old year-old midfielder agreed to undergo rehabilitation – which is on-going – after an incident in the team hotel in Thailand.
