Ashley Cole and Jose Mourinho have lost their appeal against guilty verdicts in the "tapping-up" case but succeeded in having their fines reduced to £75,000 (€108,000) each.

The Arsenal left-back was originally fined £100,000 (€145,000), while the Chelsea boss was penalised £200,000 (€290,000) after the initial findings of the Premier League's independent commission into their illegal meeting at a London hotel.
