Celtic debut for Nakamura

Gordon Strachan handed Japanese international playmaker Shunsuke Nakamura his debut against the Tannadice men at Celtic Park.

The introduction of the 27-year-old for Ross Wallace was the only change from the team which went out of Europe in midweek despite a valiant effort against Artmedia Bratislava.

Celtic started the Bank of Scotland Premier League campaign with a 4-4 draw against Motherwell while the visitors, with Barry Robson back, were held by Aberdeen.
