New Chelsea signings set for community places

Chelsea new boys Asier del Horno and Shaun Wright-Phillips could feature against Arsenal in the Community Shield at the Millennium Stadium on Sunday.

Manager Jose Mourinho has no fresh injury worries following the recent trip to the United States, where both captain John Terry and midfielder Frank Lampard continued their recovery from summer operations and should be in contention to face the Gunners.

William Gallas (knee) and Claude Makelele (head) are also expected to be fit for selection, although winger Arjen Robben may be rested to avoid his troublesome hamstring flaring up again.

Full-back Wayne Bridge has resumed training following a broken ankle in February, but is still short of match fitness.
