Reds confirm Chelsea Gerrard bid

Liverpool chief executive Rick Parry today confirmed Chelsea have made a bid for Steven Gerrard.

The Premiership champions are believed to have bid £32m (€47.2m) for the England star after negotiations broke down over a new contract at Anfield.
