United not in contact with Figo - Queiroz

Manchester United assistant manager Carlos Queiroz has confirmed they have not made an approach for Real Madrid winger Luis Figo.

The Portuguese veteran has just a year left on his six-year contract and although reports suggest Real would be willing to release the 32-year-old early, Queiroz insists United have not made an enquiry.
