Hartlepool have confirmed Martin Scott as their new manager on a permanent basis.

Hartlepool have confirmed Martin Scott as their new manager on a permanent basis.

The 37-year-old former Sunderland defender led the club into their unsuccessful play-off final at the end of the last season after the shock departure of Neale Cooper.
